Our Story
Craig Baukema started Classic Heating & Air Conditioning back in 2002 with the belief that an HVAC company should have strong principles, honest communication, quality service and fair pricing. The company motto is “Where Quality is a Family Tradition” and in the beginning Classic had several members of the family working in the business.
Craig’s wife Renae, ran the office for several years until a brain tumor caused her to take a step back from the business and concentrate on healing.
Until his passing, in 2017, Craig’s father, Stu, did the equipment deliveries to each job and Craig continued to run the business and take on sales and service calls.
Today, Craig and his nephew Nate are still family representatives, although, at Classic we are a close knit group, from Ryan our service manager, to Rhonda and Kim who share the office manager duties, the word family applies to everyone.
We all feel like family and are committed to upholding the same strong principles that Classic Heating began with 20 years ago.
